Even if she didn't call you back there is something to start talking to her again the next day. You can say, " Hey !! Girl with the shiny eyes, didn't catch your name !!". If she seems bewildered , introduce yourself and wait for few seconds , if she still don't introduce herself just say,"Seems you are scared of me , heh", then just give a simple smile and move from that place casually. Next time you see her you have again something to say,"Still afraid of telling me your name ??" ,don't sound pushy and she will surely tell her name this time. Till now you showed no interest into her you are supposed to present yourself like a usual guy who just talk to her. Do not try to be flirty at first.Then for a few days you can exchange HEY's AND HI's with her name. Then start talking to her normally, listen to her whatever she says. Always let her speak first and complete her sentences and then say whatever have to say about it and you'll be her friend in no time. Girls trust the ones more easily who listen to them.
